Our home is located in a welcoming, quiet, semi-rural neighbourhood on the outskirts of Rugby. It accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably, with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit families, friends, or business travellers.

Guest Access
Guests access the property via the electronic keypad. Your personal code will be valid for the duration of your stay. If needed, the host can provide remote access. We aim to personally greet guests whenever possible to walk you through the property and its facilities. For your convenience, you can also reach us at any time via WhatsApp or the Ring Doorbell.
Interaction with Guests
While you’ll have the home to yourself, we’re available if needed. The Ring Doorbell provides direct contact, and we’ll also share our WhatsApp and phone details to ensure support before and during your stay.

House Rules
- No smoking inside the house, as it violates house insurance policies and is unfair to non-smoking guests. There is Ash try bins out side the property should you have the need to smoke.
- No pets
- Parking only within the large double parking spaces on the property is allowed.
- Respect the property, respect the neighbours and most importantly enjoy your stay.
